Policy under Art. 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/03
Under Art. 13 of the Code concerning the protection of personal data, Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30.06.2003 (hereinafter "Privacy Code"), we inform you that filling out and dispatch of the form for creating an account or the contract form will result in the acquisition and processing of your personal data by our company. The personal data provided by users who fill out and dispatch the registration form or contract request form will be used by our company to enable the user to register or contact us, and thus to manage his/her purchases through the https://www.lefollieshop.com e-commerce site. Subsequently, the personal data recorded and those further data that may be indicated by logging into an account, and in the process of making out orders (for example, shipping addresses, etc.) will also be processed for the conclusion and execution of purchase orders that the user makes online.

The provision of personal data requested in the registration form is necessary to complete the registration process, and is therefore mandatory.
