In the case that the customer is not satisfied with his purchase, the unworn item/s can be returned for a discount voucher, refund and only for a size change within and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

ITALY: If the shipment of the selected return is at the expense of the Company, an amount of € 5,00 will be deducted from the total of the refund as contributed return costs.
ABROAD: the Customers always pays for the shipment.

Please Note: Customers who purchase with VAT cannot exercise their right of withdrawal. For orders with non-EU destinations there is no right of withdrawal.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  • The validity label must be attached and intact to accept the return of the product/s;
  • Each item must be returned with all labels and tags attached, and includes all original packaging and accessories (dustbags, hangers, clothes covers etc.) received together with the order;
  • All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to be an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been in any way damaged and/or altered, nor used as a single outer packaging;
  • Swimsuits and underwear (bikinis, swimsuits, tights, etc.) must be tested over your personal underwear and must include hygienic adhesive. Returns will be refused and sent back to the customer in case the items show signs of use;
  • Perfumes, candles and creams must be returned in the original sealed packaging.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURN REQUEST

Log in to your account in the "My returns" section, view the order/s available on return and click on the "Create returns" button to activate the procedure. Select between "size change" if available or "return". Choose the shipping and credit method that you think is most suitable.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURN PREPARATION
  1. Insert the article/s inside the original packaging. The apllication of labels or adhesive tapes on the original packaging of the product is prohibited;
  2. Close the packaging securely;
  3. Write the following address on one side of the box: LE FOLLIE SHOP - VIA PASCOLI 36 - 37010 - AFFI – VERONA
METHOD OF SHIPMENT
  1. If you have chosen: Shipping at your own expense. Send at your own expense and tell us the chosen courier with whom you will make the shipment. Le Follie Shop is not liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned with shipments at the expense of the Customer.
  2. If you have chosen: Pick up at your home. We will cantact you to arrange the pick up day. Could be deducted from the total refund a small amount as contributed return fees.
  3. If you have chosen: Delivery at the pick-up point. Look for the most convinient pick-up point and deliver the package.
REFUND METHOD FOR RETURN

If you have chosen Discount Voucher as a refund method
After receiving and viewing the item/s sent by you, we will sent to you an email of acceptance of the return and an email containing the code Voucher Discount of the value corresponding to the amount of the return.

If you have chosen Credit Repurchase as a refund method

  • If you paid the original order by Credit Card/Paypal/Scalapay:
    After receiving and viewing the item/s sent by you, we will be sent an email accepting the return and you will be credited the value of the refund with the same payment method with which you made the original order, no later than 10 working days
  • If you paid the original order by Bank Transfer/Cash on Delivery:
    After receiving and viewing the item/s sent by you, we will be sent an email of acceptance of the return. At this point, in order to proceed with the re-credit, we ask you to inform us to info@lefollieshop.it your IBAN and the holder of the current account to which we can transfer the amount of the return and the return number.
  • If you paid for the original order with Gift Card:
    After having received and viewed the item/s sent by you, you will be sent an email acknowledging the return. At this point, we will send you by e-mail a Discount Coupon of the value corresponding to the amount of the Gift Card used for the order.

If you have chosen Exchange Size.
After receiving and viewing the item/s sent by you, we will be sent an email accepting the return and we will send you the replacement item.
For no-EU customers the import costs will be deducted from the total refund.

WHEN THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CEASES
  1. Partial use of the goods and/or damage to the product for reasons other than its transport;
  2. Failure or damage to the original packaging of the articles/s;
  3. Absensce of product components (see TERMS AND CONDITIONS).

In the cases indicated above, Le Follie Shop will return the purchased goods to the sender, charging the same shipping costs.

COMMUNICATIONS AND CLAIMS

All communications for complaints against Le Follie Shop, in relation to the Purchase Contracts, must be adrressed to the Customer Service by writing to servizioclienti@lefollieshop.it or by calling the dedicated number +390457049023.

PLACE OF JURISDICTION

The Purchase Agreement between the Customer and Le Follie Shop is concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian law. The Court of Verona will be competent for any dispute.
