ITALY:

To request a return of an item purchased on lefollieshop.com you will have to return it within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.
Free shipping costs.

ABROAD:

To request a return of an item purchased on lefollieshop.com you will have to return it within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.
Shipping costs charged to the customer.

Please note: customers who purchase with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

A validity label will be applied to the purchased produc/s.
The validity label must be attached and intact to accept the return of product.
The validity label certifies that the product/s has been sanitized by UV lamps before shipping.


The options for returning the goods are as follows:

› From home or alternative address:
Contact our customer service by phone or email to organize the collection of the goods by courier within 24/48h.
The goods must be intact, returned in their original packaging and placed in a shipping box.

› Shop
The purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging with the receipt.
It is not mandatory to return the shipping box.

Le Follie Shop does not respond in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments. For more information read our information on the right of withdrawal.


When the right of return shall forfeit:

1) The total or partial use of the good;
2) The lack of the original packaging;
3) The lack of products’ basic elements;
4) The damage of the product for causes different from transportation.

Contacts

The refund will be made with the same payment method used for the purchase, excluding the cash on delivery (for Italy only) which will be re-credited by bank transfer.

A voucher may be requested for the total return of item/items for future purchases;

For no-EU customers the import costs will be deducted from the total refund;

For EU customers, the price of the item will be refunded and not the shipping cost.

Due to their special features, some of your items have to fulfil certain criteria to be returned:

› Swimwear: must include the hygienic adhesive;

› Accessories: must be returned with the original packaging intact;

› Fragrances: must be returned in the original sealed packaging;

› Face mask: once opened, for hygiene and safety reasons they cannot be returned.
